Kuni Privacy Policy
Effective July 13, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Kuni collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Kuni website, SMS/iMessage accountability coach, AI coaching experience, trackers, optional connector features, billing flows, and related support channels.
1. Information We Collect
The information collected depends on how you use Kuni.
- Phone number, signup source, consent records, opt-in and opt-out records, account status, support messages, and account identifiers.
- SMS, iMessage, MMS, and related message content, replies, coaching history, photos, screenshots, voice notes, attachments, and media metadata needed to process what you send.
- Goals, commitments, reminders, check-ins, workout logs, nutrition notes, meal-photo observations, progress logs, preferences, and AI-generated summaries.
- Optional connector data if you choose to connect an account: Google Calendar busy/free intervals only, without event titles, descriptions, attendees, or organizers; for eligible non-owner users, Gmail label counters or Outlook message IDs used only to report unread counts, without sender, subject, recipient, message body, or drafting; and, for the owner lane, read-only Personal OS tasks from one physically isolated Notion source. Owner Gmail and Outlook access is disabled.
- Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, plan, invoice, payment-status, trial, tax, and fraud-prevention metadata. Stripe handles full payment credentials.
- Technical logs, delivery events, provider response metadata, rate-limit signals, device and browser data, IP address, cookies or similar technologies, diagnostics, and security events.

Kuni does not intentionally use your private message content to train public AI models. AI and infrastructure providers may process data to provide their services, maintain security, detect abuse, comply with law, and meet their own contractual obligations.
